How many people have to report being targeted before their complaints receive a coordinated, serious investigation?
In fact Danny thinks everyone else is going to jail and states it on social media .. except him!! clearly it’s projection!! I’d like to call it mental illness but the guy seems to be relatively sane.. homeless and apparently disabled but sane and that’s the scary part because he’s a cop caller and loves calling the RCMP and Calgary Police to try and turn someone in 😆
I believe Danny Keith Martin’s conduct toward my wife, me and others warrants investigation for criminal harassment. If the evidence establishes that offence, I believe jail should be seriously considered. We have filed criminal complaints against Danny dating back to May 2025 when the harassment began but the Castlegar RCMP dismissed us .. and the harassment escalated from there as Danny clearly felt emboldened if not protected by the cops actually .. even leaving us to believe he works for the cops actually.
A court decides guilt and sentence. My Black Sheep blogs collect allegations, firsthand accounts and supporting material for scrutiny. They provide a starting point for investigators—not a substitute for proving a criminal case.
My wife’s workplace became part of the campaign
My September 18, 2025 threat assessment reported that Martin had named my wife Donna and her employer, and encouraged others to target her workplace. It also reported the publication of images of our home and language I understood as threatening.
My wife should be able to go to work without being dragged into a campaign against her husband.
Investigators should examine the actual communications: who sent them, how often, to whom, what they said, and what happened after requests to stop.
The question deserves a straight answer: what assessment was made of the risk to Donna and her workplace?
Erin Graham deserves to have the evidence examined
My October 5, 2025 dossier catalogues repeated posts naming Erin Graham, also known as Sheep Lady Love, alongside criminal and sexual accusations that I dispute. It describes manipulated imagery involving Erin and me, including a composite containing firearm imagery.
These are descriptions in my published evidence compilation. Investigators need to authenticate the underlying material, establish authorship and context, and obtain Erin’s account of its impact.
Women should not have to accept sexualized humiliation as the price of speaking publicly.
When publications repeatedly identify a person and place them in degrading or threatening scenarios, police should examine the complete course of conduct and its safety implications.
Donald Smith belongs in this examination too
My August 21, 2026 article reports a Martin post attacking Donald Smith and containing these words:
“I WILL DEAL WITH HIM IN PERSON”
Investigators should obtain the original post, the surrounding communications and Donald’s account. Those words require examination in context before anyone determines whether they constituted threatening conduct.
Donald’s experience deserves its own investigation. It should also be compared with other complaints wherever the evidence makes that appropriate.
What about the women and reported court orders?
I have raised concerns about other women allegedly targeted by Martin and reports of protection orders.
Precision matters here. My September 2025 assessment referred to women who had filed for protection orders. An application does not establish that an order was granted. My August 28, 2026 article also recognized that hostile websites cannot substitute for the original court records.
The next step is concrete:
- Obtain the relevant orders.
- Confirm their terms, dates and whom they bind.
- Establish whether Martin knew about them.
- Compare each alleged breach with the actual restrictions.
- Investigate any evidence of non-compliance.
I cannot responsibly claim a verified number of orders or proven breaches from the sources reviewed for this article.
Where an order exists, the people relying on it deserve meaningful enforcement.
Why jail is a legitimate issue
Section 264 of Canada’s Criminal Code addresses criminal harassment, including specified repeated communications and threatening conduct when the legal requirements are met. The current provision expressly includes psychological safety. On indictment, the maximum sentence is ten years; that maximum does not predict an individual sentence.
The section also requires a sentencing court to consider certain qualifying order breaches as aggravating factors after conviction. The law applicable to each alleged incident must be assessed for its date, particularly where legislation has changed.
Offensive speech alone does not establish criminal harassment.
But if a prosecution proves a sustained course of criminal harassment, especially involving a qualifying order breach, imprisonment deserves serious consideration.
That is the basis of my position on jail: prove the offences, examine the harm and impose consequences proportionate to what the evidence establishes.
The questions police need to answer
Have the complaints involving my wife, Erin Graham, Donald Smith and me been assessed together where legally appropriate?
Have investigators authenticated the posts, emails and images identified in my blogs?
Have the original court orders been obtained and alleged breaches assessed?
What protective measures and investigative follow-up have complainants received?
My blogs identify material that investigators can pursue. The original records and witnesses are what must be tested.
I want a documented investigation, prosecution where the evidence supports it, and meaningful consequences for any offences proved.
My wife and the other people reporting this conduct deserve to have their safety taken seriously.

Below are 66 Black Sheep posts (33 in 2025 and 33 in 2026 starting in Sept 2025) documenting my allegations about Danny Keith Martin’s conduct, the targeting of my family, and the wider events surrounding our complaints since May 2025.

This is why I wrote this post. My concerns come from a history I have been documenting publicly for approximately 17 months.

My wife deserves to go to work in peace. My family deserves to feel safe. And we deserve answers.
