Introduction
For more than a year, I, my family, and several associates have been the subject of repeated social media posts published on Facebook through a page known as “Freedom Accountability Returns.”
The page is operated by Danny Keith Martin, who remains active on the page today. Various individuals, including Ruby Duchambre, also appear to participate in discussions and content posted through the page.

This article documents several posts published on the page that reference me, my family, and others. I categorically deny the allegations made against me in these posts. In my view, the statements are false, defamatory, and form part of a broader pattern of harassment that has been ongoing for many months.
The purpose of this article is to preserve the public record and document the content that was published.

According to the text accompanying the video, Danny Martin wrote:
“The Shady Bunch dick pic David Drover and his merry band of bandits.”
The post then listed several individuals and made numerous allegations against them, including allegations directed at:
- David Drover
- Daryl Grant MacAskill
- Erin Graham
- Jonathan Yaniv (Jessica Simpson)
The post contained various accusations and derogatory descriptions.
My Response
I deny these allegations entirely.
No evidence was provided in the post to support the accusations. The post appears designed to ridicule, discredit, and publicly shame the individuals named.
In my opinion, the publication of such material serves no legitimate public interest and instead contributes to an ongoing campaign of harassment and reputational harm.

In another post published through Freedom Accountability Returns, Danny Martin wrote:
“The coalition of con artists to targeted Svetlana Rilkoff and her Ezra Healing business.”
The post then proceeded to make allegations regarding:
- David Drover
- Daryl Grant MacAskill
- Erin Graham
Among other things, the post accused those individuals of harassment, fraud, lying, and coordinating complaints to Health Canada regarding Ezra Healing.
The post also referenced EmerEx Oil & Gas and alleged that I was responsible for the company’s collapse.
My Response
I deny these allegations.
The statements presented in the post are opinions and accusations published without context and, in my view, are intended to damage my reputation.
The post ignores years of publicly documented disputes and instead attempts to portray complex matters through a series of inflammatory labels and accusations.

My Response
The use of videos, screenshots, photographs, and selective excerpts without context has become a recurring feature of posts published through Freedom Accountability Returns.
When viewed in isolation, such content can create a misleading impression regarding the individuals involved.
Pattern of Conduct
What is notable is not any single post but the volume and persistence of the content.
Over time, numerous posts have:
- Named me directly.
- Referenced my wife and family.
- Repeated accusations that I deny.
- Referred to my legal matters, professional history, and personal relationships.
- Attempted to associate me with criminal conduct without proof.
In my view, this conduct goes beyond ordinary disagreement or criticism and forms part of a sustained campaign of online harassment.

I deny the allegations made against me in these publications.
