Introduction
History matters.
Timelines matter.
Context matters.
On January 22, 2026, my family home in Castlegar, British Columbia was firebombed while my disabled daughter and I were inside.
Two months earlier, on November 19–20, 2025, I was served with what the RCMP described as a Duty to Warn concerning an alleged murder-for-hire plot targeting me.
Long before either event occurred, however, a public narrative was already being constructed online.
Throughout September and October 2025, multiple Facebook posts authored by Svetlana Rilkoff (also known as Svetlana Dalla Lana) portrayed me as dangerous, criminal, unstable, dishonest, and a threat to others. These posts repeatedly identified me by name, referenced my family, disclosed personal information, encouraged public involvement, and urged readers to share the allegations as widely as possible.
This article is not intended to determine who was responsible for the Duty to Warn, the alleged murder-for-hire plot, or the subsequent firebombing.
Rather, it documents what was publicly posted in the months immediately preceding those events and examines the narrative that was being presented to the public at the time.
This is a post by Svetlana Dalla Lana nee Rilkoff of Ezra Healing on Facebook that includes a photo and working that makes me want to barf in my mouth!!
“Let’s Usher in the Truth”
The irony of this post is difficult to ignore.
In the photograph above, Svetlana Dalla Lana (née Rilkoff) proclaims:
“Let’s USHER in the TRUTH.”
“I’ve been so ready for 5 years but now I’m REALLY ready.”
“I’m here to catch the truth with an OPEN and LOVING embrace.”
At first glance, the post appears uplifting, spiritual, and reflective. It presents an image of someone committed to truth, healing, openness, and accountability.
Yet by the time this post was published, Svetlana had already begun publicly portraying me as a stalker, a criminal, a harasser of women, an extortionist, and a dangerous man—allegations that I categorically deny and which bear little resemblance to the actual history between us.
That is what makes the “truth” theme so striking.
Because unlike many of the people who would later read her posts, Svetlana was not a stranger.
She knew me personally.
She knew my family personally.
She knew our history.
We first met through New Life Church in Castlegar in 2017.
At the time, Svetlana was married to Dr. Nathan Dalla Lana. Nathan’s sister is Maria McFaddin (née Dalla Lana), the Mayor of Castlegar, who is married to Pastor James McFaddin.
James and Maria McFaddin were not merely acquaintances. They were our pastors at New Life Church during the period when my wife and I were heavily involved in church operations, children’s outreach programs, Sunday School, community events, and numerous church activities.

Our families knew each other.
We attended church together.
We served together.
We socialized together.
This was not a situation involving anonymous internet strangers.
This was a situation involving people who had known one another for years.
That context matters.
Because when someone who knows you personally begins publicly describing you as a dangerous stalker, a criminal, an extortionist, and a threat to women, it raises an obvious question:
If those things were true, why were we friends for years?
Why was there never any indication that I was dangerous?
Why was there never any suggestion that I was stalking or harassing her?
Why did these allegations only appear years later, accompanied by repeated social media campaigns portraying me as a threat?
Those are questions that remain unanswered.
What is not in dispute is that Svetlana knew me.
She knew my family.
She knew our history.
She knew the church community we came from.
And she knew that the public image being presented in her posts bore little resemblance to the actual relationship that existed between us for many years.
That is why this particular post stands out.
Not because of the photograph.
Not because of the hashtags.
But because of the repeated references to “truth.”
The truth is rarely established through slogans.
It is established through facts, evidence, timelines, documents, and the willingness to allow others to examine the full story.
That is precisely what this article seeks to do.
A Necessary Response
Before reviewing the posts themselves, I believe it is important to address the allegations that were made.
In my view, the allegations contained within these posts are false, misleading, and fundamentally inconsistent with the actual history of my relationship with Svetlana.
I categorically deny that I ever stalked, harassed, threatened, extorted, vandalized, sabotaged, or otherwise harmed Svetlana, Ezra Healing, or any member of her staff.
I never vandalized her property.
I never targeted her business.
I never attempted to interfere with Ezra Healing.
I never directed anyone else to interfere with Ezra Healing.
I never publicly portrayed her as an undercover RCMP officer.
Most importantly, I was never engaged in any campaign against her.
The reality is that Svetlana and I were friends for years.
We first met in 2017 and remained in regular contact for a significant period thereafter. Our communications were often friendly, supportive, and frequent. There was never any indication that she viewed me as a threat, a stalker, or a dangerous individual.
That is what makes the sudden appearance of these public accusations so difficult to reconcile with reality.
The narrative presented in late 2025 bears little resemblance to the actual relationship that existed between us.
I have often asked myself a simple question:
Why was so much effort devoted to portraying me as the source of problems at Ezra Healing when I had never engaged in the conduct being alleged?
I do not claim to know the answer with certainty.
However, it appeared to me that an extraordinary amount of energy was being devoted to constructing a public narrative in which I could be blamed for a wide variety of issues that had nothing to do with me.
Readers are free to draw their own conclusions.
My purpose here is simply to document the public record.
September 20, 2025
The Opening Narrative
One of the earliest posts in this series involved claims that images of Svetlana had been distributed without her consent.
The post stated:
“There are images that have been distributed of me without my consent and I do not consent to its disclosure. Consent to use these images is hereby revoked.”
Standing alone, the post appears unrelated to me.
However, it established a recurring theme that would become increasingly common in the months ahead: a public narrative in which Svetlana portrayed herself as the victim of ongoing attacks, harassment, and misconduct by others.
October 20, 2025
The “Undercover RCMP Officer” Allegation
On October 20, 2025, Svetlana publicly identified me by name and wrote:
“I currently have someone in my life who is attempting to sabotage me and Ezra Healing.”
She then claimed:
“He started a story that I was an undercover RCMP officer.”
She further alleged that I was harming her business, creating lies, engaging in harassment, and possessed a criminal history.
The post concluded by linking readers to court documents concerning me and promising that more information would be forthcoming.
The objective was clear.
Readers were not being encouraged to independently investigate the facts.
They were being encouraged to adopt a conclusion.
October 20, 2025
Escalation to Public Identification
Later the same day, the rhetoric escalated.
Svetlana publicly wrote:
“Dave Drover of Castlegar BC has escalated his online defamation campaign on Ezra Healing.”
She further described me as:
“A harm to himself and other people.”
“A keyboard warrior.”
“Dangerous.”
Most significantly, she encouraged members of the public to contact me directly.
The post publicly disclosed identifying information, including my name, city of residence, telephone number, and information relating to my home and property.
Readers were encouraged to:
“Text or call Dave.”
This represented a significant escalation from criticism into active public identification and mobilization.
October 2025
“911 ‼️‼️ DANGEROUS MEN ‼️‼️”
Perhaps the most remarkable post of the entire series was a lengthy Facebook publication entitled:
“911 ‼️‼️ DANGEROUS MEN ‼️‼️ (See small except below none of which is true and its since been removed)
The title itself framed the narrative before readers reached the first sentence.
The opening line stated:
“Please meet Dave Drover of Castlegar BC, my obsessed stalker for the past 1 year.”
The post then proceeded through a lengthy series of allegations, including claims that:
“Dave has brought massive harm to my business.”
“This man is very dangerous and has ulterior motives.”
“Dave works with well known extortionists.”
“Instead of getting a job he sits at home on a disability paycheque and attempts to extort people.”
“He becomes friends with you then will use everything he’s learnt to twist the story and use it against his victims.”
The attacks extended far beyond criticism of my opinions or activities.
The post attacked my profession, my disability status, my reputation, my motives, my friendships, and my character.
Repeatedly, readers were told that I was dangerous.
Repeatedly, readers were told that I could not be trusted.
Repeatedly, readers were told that I represented a threat.
Michael Martinz Becomes “Another Dangerous Man”
What makes the post particularly interesting is that the attacks did not stop with me.
Svetlana then turned her attention toward Michael Martinz…. yeah her former fiance who bought her a $90,000 Emerald ring that she always talked about and noted that if she broke up with him which she did often she was not giving the ring back. Remember her and Michael ran a porn OnlyFans website …Michael did the recording and some of the acting lol.
At various times Michael had reportedly been her supplier, business associate, romantic partner, and fiancé.
Yet in the same post she wrote:
“Dave Drover has recently teamed up with my ex-boyfriend MICHAEL MARTINZ to try hurt me even further.”
She then accused Michael of numerous forms of misconduct and concluded:
“This is ANOTHER dangerous man who harasses women and cannot be trusted.”
The wording is notable.
In a single post, both Michael Martinz and I were publicly portrayed as dangerous men who represented threats to others.
Thae fact is Michael did come to me on September 21 2025 actually when I did not know him or had met him even through Svetlana obviously talked about him with me a number of times. Martinz wanted me to work with him to help him take her down not because of Ezra (as that came later for hiim) but because apparently according to Michael Svetlana had been contacted by Martinz BFF widow after he had died in Michaels arms on August 30 2025 on a trip to the Skeena River and the widow was concerned that Michael had something to do with his death so she asked Svetlana and Svetlana apparently said yes she believed so and was involved in two other deaths … so yeah that happened and in either case I refused to help Michael because I did not even know Michael and I had a least some fate that Svetlana was not behind all of the harassment by Danny Keith Martin who was fronting the harassment by Michale Martinz for resosn unknown except that its rummored now that Michael Martinz is CIA here in Canada so if he is that would make a whole bunch more sense why he was not arrested and charged with conspirring a murder plot against myself and Jessica Yaniv In Novmeber and December 2025 but I digress.
Publication of Personal Information
The post escalated even further.
My wife and my Telephone numbers and addresses were published it was nuts and photos of our home.
Locations were identified.
Readers were encouraged to distribute the information.
The post concluded:
“PLEASE SHARE ~ dangerous men need to be exposed.”
This was not a private dispute.
It was a public campaign.
The intended audience was not law enforcement, regulators, or the courts.
It was the general public.
The Pattern
By late October 2025, a clear pattern had emerged.
Readers were repeatedly being told that:
- Dave Drover was dangerous.
- Dave Drover was a stalker.
- Dave Drover harassed women.
- Dave Drover targeted people.
- Dave Drover worked with extortionists.
- Dave Drover could not be trusted.
At the same time, Michael Martinz was being portrayed in similar terms.
Whether readers accepted those allegations or not is ultimately beside the point.
The message itself was unmistakable.
The targets were identified.
The audience was encouraged to participate.
The allegations were repeated.
The narrative was reinforced.
The Timeline
The chronology is difficult to ignore.
September 2025
Public victim narrative begins.
October 2025
Repeated public posts identifying me by name and portraying me as dangerous.
October 2025
Publication of personal information and encouragement of public involvement.
November 19–20, 2025
RCMP Duty to Warn issued concerning an alleged murder-for-hire threat targeting me.
January 22, 2026
My family home is firebombed while my daughter and I are inside.
The Facebook posts do not establish responsibility for either event.
What they do establish is that a sustained public campaign portraying me as dangerous and deserving of public attention was already underway before those events occurred.
Conclusion
The purpose of preserving these posts is not revenge.
It is documentation.
When viewed individually, a single social media post may appear insignificant.
When viewed collectively, however, a very different picture emerges.
Over a relatively short period of time, a narrative was repeatedly presented to the public portraying me as dangerous, dishonest, unstable, criminal, and deserving of scrutiny.
The allegations were amplified.
Personal information was disclosed.
Readers were encouraged to become involved.
And all of this occurred in the months immediately preceding some of the most serious events of my life.
Readers can review the posts, consider the timeline, and draw their own conclusions.
The record speaks for itself.
Author’s Statement and Response to the Allegations
Before proceeding further, I believe it is important to address the allegations contained in the posts reproduced and discussed in this article.
In my view, the allegations made by Svetlana Rilkoff (also known as Svetlana Dalla Lana) concerning me are false, misleading, and entirely inconsistent with the actual history of our relationship.
I categorically deny that I ever stalked, harassed, threatened, extorted, vandalized, sabotaged, or otherwise harmed Svetlana, Ezra Healing, or any of her staff.
I have never vandalized her property.
I have never broken into her business.
I have never directed anyone else to harm her business.
I have never publicly portrayed her as an undercover RCMP officer.
I have never harassed her.
To the contrary, Svetlana and I were friends for many years. We first met in 2017 and remained in regular communication for years thereafter. During that time, there was never any indication from Svetlana that she considered me dangerous, threatening, or a stalker. In fact, our communications were often friendly, supportive, and frequent.
That is one of the reasons these posts are so difficult to reconcile with reality.
The public narrative presented in late 2025 bears little resemblance to the actual relationship that existed between us for years.
I also find it noteworthy that many of the allegations appear to revolve around claims that I was somehow attacking or sabotaging Ezra Healing. To the best of my knowledge, I have never attempted to damage Ezra Healing, interfere with its operations, contact its staff, sabotage its business, or harm its commercial interests.
As a result, I have often asked myself a simple question:
Why was so much effort being devoted to portraying me as the source of problems at Ezra Healing when I had never engaged in the conduct being alleged?
I do not claim to know the answer with certainty.
However, in my opinion, the repeated attempts to portray me as responsible for various issues involving Ezra Healing appear less focused on documenting actual misconduct and more focused on creating a public narrative in which I could be blamed for problems that had nothing to do with me.
Whether that was done to deflect attention from internal disputes, business issues, personal conflicts, or other matters is something readers will ultimately have to assess for themselves.
What I do know is this:
The allegations were repeated publicly.
My name was repeatedly attached to them.
My personal information was shared.
Readers were encouraged to contact me.
Readers were encouraged to share the allegations.
And all of this occurred in the months immediately preceding the Duty to Warn issued to me in November 2025 and the firebombing of my home in January 2026.
I am not asking readers to accept my conclusions.
I am asking them to review the evidence, examine the timeline, and decide for themselves whether the public campaign described in this article bears any resemblance to the person who was actually involved in these events.
The truth matters.
The timeline matters.
And eventually, the full story will be told.
