This post lays out a circumstantial but coherent evidentiary narrative showing why Danny Keith Martin appears inseparably linked to the online persona(s) behind GangsterismOut—an operation falsely attributed to Darryl Grant MacAskill, a seriously ill man reportedly in palliative care who, according to RCMP statements, is not behind the GangsterismOut blog or the Ace Ventura/DrStoxxman Email behind it.

This matters because since May 2025, Danny Keith Martin has harassed my family, threatened lawsuits against my wife, me, and my disabled daughter, and has been linked—through third-party evidence and police interactions—to an alleged murder-for-hire plot targeting me. The pattern is not random; it is escalatory and dangerous.

Since May Danny has been purporting persistently that I and Ace Ventura/CanadaSotxx/Darryl Grant MacaSkill/DrStoxxman who is the blogger behind GangsterismOut and producing meme after me of same. Here are two examples from from October 2025 if I recall that I responded to Correcting the record, note one of the memes has a dick in my face!! read what the posts say as Hungrytrucker is Danny Keith Martin:

1) Danny’s Own Post: Call Logs That Don’t Make Sense

On September 18, 2025 Danny Keith Martin published a Facebook post displaying call logs tied to Darryl Grant MacAskill, including a phone number for Daryl lol. The post appears designed to imply direct contact and legitimacy. See below:

The problem: Multiple accounts—including statements attributed to RCMP—indicate Darryl Grant MacAskill or whoever is behind Ace Ventura or the blog does not have a phone and does not phone anyone to hide his location as supposedly MacAskill has a warrant in BC for his arrest another lol and is in his 60s, and is not running any blog. Presenting call logs under these circumstances is, at minimum, misleading—and at worst, fabricated.

2) RCMP Confirmation: Darryl Is Not GangsterismOut and or Ace Ventura or behind the email DrStoxxman

Independent of Danny’s claims, I heard a recording attributed to RCMP Cst. Stuart stating that RCMP spoke with “Darryl” in July and confirmed he is not behind GangsterismOut.

That aligns with reality:

No phone Serious illness No operational capacity to run an anonymous, aggressive online platform

Conclusion: The real Darryl Grant MacAskill aka Ace Ventura is not the author or operator of GangsterismOut.

3) The Digital Control Trail: Gmail Recovery Evidence

A) Recovery Email (Used as Cover)

The Gmail account drstoxxman@gmail.com—associated with Ace Ventura / CanadaStoxx / GangsterismOut (this is confirmed in sworn affidavits in the BC Supreme Court so this is not indicate what is in dispute is who is actually behind those identities and emails because it’s definitely not Darryl Grant MacAskill. The Gmail account drstoxxman@gmail.com shows a recovery Hotmail account email linked in court materials to Darryl MacAskill and but more importantly since the email doesn’t check out with anything connected to MacAskill.

it shows the last two digits of a a phone number that do … the same last two digits of the phone number that Danny Keith Martin posted on FB on September with call logs saying he’s spoken to Daryl Grant MacaSkill and that’s his phone number as the only one who has Daryl’s phone and who has spoken to Daryl which he clearly knows is not me because he spoken to me on the phone and he knows my phone number and my voice yet Danny keeps on purporting that I’m Ace Ventura – you see the play here?! Given RCMP confirmation that Darryl is not the operator, this functions as identity camouflage, not proof of authorship.

B) more on the Recovery Phone Number (Control Point)

Google’s recovery flow reveals the last two digits of the recovery phone number. Those digits match Danny Keith Martin’s phone number.

This is the control point. Recovery phones are not cosmetic; they indicate who can reclaim the account.

4) What the Evidence Shows (Plain English)

RCMP: Darryl ≠ GangsterismOut Darryl: No phone, gravely ill, not online Danny: Publicly posts “Darryl” call logs anyway Gmail recovery: Darryl-linked email as cover + Danny-linked phone as control

Deduction: Danny Keith Martin is either the operator of Ace Ventura / CanadaStoxx / GangsterismOut or is working so closely with the operator that the distinction is meaningless.

There is no innocent explanation that survives scrutiny.

5) Why This Matters: Real-World Harm

Since May 2025, Danny Keith Martin’s conduct toward my family has included:

Harassment Threats of lawsuits against my wife, me, and my disabled daughter Escalation coinciding with evidence tied to an alleged murder-for-hire plot targeting me

This is not online drama. It is identity misuse, weaponized anonymity, and escalatory intimidation with real safety implications.

Danny showed too much. The recovery trail doesn’t lie. The dots connect themselves.
