❓ A REQUEST FOR CLARITY FROM THE CASTLEGAR RCMP
Black Sheep Whistleblower
Date: December 27, 2025
Since it is the Christmas season, I have a question for Staff Sgt Monty Taylor of the Castlegar RCMP:

This post concerns Danny Keith Martin, who has been harassing my wife and her workplace since May 2025, conduct that was formally reported to the Castlegar RCMP under File #25-1433.
To date, there has been no meaningful intervention.
THE ISSUE
Since May 2025, Danny Keith Martin has repeatedly told people—publicly and privately—that “arrest warrants” were coming. He has gone so far as to suggest they would arrive “for Christmas,” and has directed those claims toward ME actually. How is that possible since my wife has had a criminal harassment complaint against Danny since May 2025?

This is not hearsay.
On December 14, 2025, just 11 days before Christmas, Danny Keith Martin posted publicly on X making this same claim. He has posted similar statements elsewhere while continuing to criminally harass my wife, Erin Graham, and myself.
These actions have caused ongoing distress and disruption, particularly given that:
- My wife is not a public figure
- Her workplace has been dragged into this
- There is no known lawful basis for these claims
CONTEXT THE RCMP IS ALREADY AWARE OF
This harassment does not exist in a vacuum.
Danny Keith Martin has been acting in concert with, or on behalf of, Svetlana Dalla Lana, who is the former sister-in-law of James McFaddin, an individual who works with the RCMP as a chaplain.
Remember this Svetlana:

and this Svetlana holding the gun behind Erin and my back that your detach got a copy of from my wife back in May but your underlings told my wife Danny has free speech and its problematic determining who exactly is behind those post yet Danny posts his ID on social media.

and this James:

This relationship has been raised before.
It is relevant.
And it has never been meaningfully addressed.
THE QUESTIONS ARE SIMPLE
So I am asking, publicly and clearly:
- Who exactly are these alleged “arrest warrants” for?
- Do any such warrants exist at all?
- Or is this simply unchecked intimidation being allowed to continue under the RCMP’s watch?
These are not rhetorical questions.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Given past experience—including multiple harassment complaints that were dismissed or left dormant without action—public clarification is not only reasonable, it is necessary.
False claims about arrest warrants:
- Create fear and intimidation
- Undermine public trust
- Can themselves constitute criminal harassment
Allowing such claims to circulate without correction or intervention effectively legitimizes them.
TO BE CLEAR
This is not sarcasm.
It is not a threat.
It is not provocation.
It is a request for accountability.
The record already exists.
The RCMP file already exists.
The public statements already exist.
A response—any response—would help prevent further harm.
Silence will not.
