There comes a point where “coincidence” no longer looks like coincidence.
There comes a point where timelines, threats, warnings, harassment campaigns, and real-world violence begin forming a picture that is impossible to ignore.
This is the story leading up to the January 22, 2026 firebombing of our family home in Castlegar, British Columbia — an attack carried out in broad daylight while my daughter and I were inside the residence.
An attack that could very easily have ended in deaths.
But to truly understand the significance of what happened that day, people first need to understand the alleged murder plot that preceded it — a plot that I now believe was never properly addressed, despite warnings, evidence, and escalating threats that had been building for months beforehand.
⚠️ THE RCMP “DUTY TO WARN”
On November 19, 2025, the RCMP served me with what is known as a “Duty to Warn.” They have since said this did not happen and have provided affidavit like evidence from unnamed Constables that this is not what happened when it did and I have the recorded evidence of same that I am not releasing as this matter will shortly be before the Courts.
I was advised there was an imminent threat to my life with NO DETAILS given and NO SAFETY PLAN and NO CAMERAS PUT ON MY HOME as I have since been advised they should have done all of that!!
At the time, I honestly did not fully grasp the seriousness of what was unfolding around me and actually thought it was a joke until a PI came to me a week or so afterwards who had caused the Duty To Warn after filing evidence of the murder plot with the RCMP .of a criminal plot to have me murdered by a hitman at my gym just before Xmas 2025 and at that point the PI had my attention as the PU had recordings of the PI with the RCMP as the PI was giving the evidence to the RCMP and also asking the RCMP to have me and my family protected which was also on the recording which I have in my possession now and will be releasing shortly after I protect the identity of the PI.
Because what I later learned — primarily from the private investigator and not from the RCMP — was deeply disturbing.
In fact, “disturbing” probably does not even adequately describe it.
It is surreal beyond words to hear discussions surrounding an alleged murder plot against you on audio recordings involving the very person alleged to have been conspiring that plot.
According to what was relayed to me and what I personally heard on recordings, that individual was Michael Martinz of Kelowna, British Columbia — the former fiancé of Svetlana Dalla Lana (née Rilkoff), originally from Castlegar and now also residing in Kelowna.
Svetlana is publicly known as the founder of Ezra Healing.
What makes this entire situation even more surreal is that Svetlana and her former husband, Dr. Nathan Dalla Lana, were once considered family friends of ours dating back many years.
Ironically, in March 2017, my wife and I attended an all-expenses-paid marriage retreat in Kelowna through New Life Church (the church we all met that was pastor by Nathans sister and current Mayor of Castlegar and her husband who now works for the RCMP) alongside Nathan and Svetlana Dalla Lana. Which is where we got to know each other really well.
At that time, none of us could possibly have imagined that nearly a decade later I would allegedly be hearing recordings discussing a murder plot connected to people from that same social and church circle.
And yet, here we are.
As unbelievable as this story sounds, that is precisely why I am documenting it carefully and chronologically — because the truth is often stranger than fiction, particularly when multiple worlds collide: church networks, politics, RCMP connections, online harassment campaigns, whistleblowing, and ultimately real-world violence.
🛡️ “NO IMMINENT, CREDIBLE THREAT”
What makes this entire situation even harder to understand is what happened just 10 days before our home was firebombed.
On January 12, 2026, I received correspondence from Corporal Amanda Martell of the Langley RCMP — the very RCMP unit involved in investigating the alleged murder plot and related threats against me. Recall the firebombing was on Janaury 22 2026 ten days later!!!
The email stated the following:
“At this time the Langley RCMP has determined, there is no imminent, credible threat to Mr. Drover’s safety. The Langley RCMP is continuing this investigation, and should any new information arise, the RCMP will notify the appropriate people and take the necessary action.”
This correspondence was provided in the context of my efforts to obtain authorization relating to body armour under British Columbia’s Body Armour Control Act.
So let’s pause for a moment and make sense of this timeline.
- November 19, 2025 — RCMP issue a Duty to Warn advising of a threat to my life.
- Allegations exist of a murder plot involving individuals connected to an escalating harassment campaign.
- The RCMP continue actively investigating the matter… and have no suspect 4 month later!!! Despite having many suspect to chose from as you will see as you read on!!
- January 12, 2026 — Langley RCMP formally state there is “no imminent, credible threat” to my safety.
- January 22, 2026 — ten days later — our family home is attacked with Molotov cocktails while my daughter and I are inside.
People can draw their own conclusions from that sequence of events.
But from my perspective, it raises extremely serious questions.
Because either:
- the threat assessment was catastrophically wrong,
- critical information was missed or minimized,
- or the danger surrounding this situation was far more serious than publicly acknowledged.
What is undeniable, however, is this:
Ten days after the RCMP stated there was “no imminent, credible threat” to my safety, my home was firebombed in broad daylight.
That is not conspiracy theory.
That is documented fact.
Does this make any sense to anyone yet? because is does not to me and or my family!!
To understand the level of threats and harassment my wife and I were experiencing from Danny Keith Martin who we undertands was hired by Michael Martinz and Svetlana Dalla Lana to harass my wife and I in the lead up to the murder plot that Danny was alleged to be a co-conpirator or at least be in on the ,murder plot … read these prior posts noting the dates they were written back in the fall of 2025 prior to the murder plot:
First this which will given you contect for why Michael Martinz first contact with me via his PI on September 21 2025 led into the murder plot conspired by Michael and Svetlana noting at first Micheal came to me wanting to take Svetlana down because she had broken up with him and cut him out of the $200k per month that she as making from Ivermectinc sales at Ezra healing after she not only borke up with him but found a new source of IVM as Michael was sourcing the IVM prior to that and taking a huuge cut from Svetlana which she complained to me about and told me that she broke up with him and that she had dound a new source of IVM after losing $80k to a fraudulent Indian .source noting she went from making $15-30k per month to over $100k per month after the split … she told me all of this in private text message which is all documented which I will be posting as soe point but read this for now it will explain all you need to know including the violent act against her x husband Nathan Dalla Lana in 2026 that Michael speaks about in a press release he wanted me to distribute which you will see in another blog post as you read on about the harassment of Danny Keith Martin against my wife and I that began in May 2025 that led into the murder plot and the firebombing of our home which he later posted just days after the firebombing that I firebomded my own home for an insurance scam which a post coming shortly!!
Now for the threats by Danny Keith Martin og Calgary aka Hundgrey Trucker and Freedom Accountability on Social media X and Facebook respectively. And Danny is former canadian military and body guard to the wealthy in Calgary and his role in the miltary was a weapons technician and Danny Martin has many no contact court orders against him by women who have been harassed by him over many many years…, I know them all because they contacted me and Danny also harassed my wife so I have been on Danny for a long time.
🎯 THE ALLEGED MURDER PLOT
According to information later brought forward to law enforcement and discussed with private investigators, there were allegations that individuals connected to an escalating harassment campaign against me had discussed having me killed.
The alleged plan involved targeting me at my gym in Castlegar.
The names repeatedly connected to those allegations included:
- Danny Keith Martin
- Michael Martinz
- Svetlana Dalla Lana
- individuals operating online under aliases including “Ace Ventura”
- and others connected to a coordinated online harassment and intimidation campaign targeting both myself and my family.
The HIT LIST for the Murder Plot
At the center of many of these allegations was Michael Martinz, the former fiancé of Svetlana Dalla Lana. What I will not be discussing here is that there were others named in the murder plot and on a murder hit list which included Danny Keith Martin himself (because he could not keep his mouth shut harassing my wife at her workplace for months) and Jessica Yaniv/Simpson, yes that Jessica because she was telling me stuff that Michael Martinz was telling her about me and they wanted her silenced and Martinz was alleged planning to have a group of masked men beat her to death…
The allegations were serious enough that the RCMP issued the Duty to Warn.
That is not speculation. That happened. In fact this is the HIT LIST I was sent by the PI who reported this matter to the RCMP who was retained by Michale Martinz initially … this was provided to the RCMP by the PI and not by me: These were text messages between Martinz and the PI Martinz is the auther of the names and on the list is “Trannie” and that is referring to Jessica Yaniv/Simpson
🎙️ THE AUDIO RECORDINGS BY THE PI THAT WERE GIVEN TO POLICE THAT INIAITED THIS MURDER PLOT HITMAN FOR HIRE INVESTIGATION
(I WILL BE PROVIDING EXCERPTS OF THESE AUDIO RECORDINGS IN TIME TO ATTEST TO FACTS OF THIS MATTER AND THE EVIDENCE THAT THE RCMP HAVE SO PLEASE CHECK BACK)
What made the situation even more disturbing were allegations surrounding audio recordings rrecorded by a private investigator of Michael Martinz (Sveltana fiance at the time) who clearly conspired the murder plot against me which was a hitman being paid by Martinz to murder me at my gym in Castlegar called Any Time fitness (which I have since been banned from but is now the matter of a Human Rights Complaint which I will be posting about when I can). The hit was supposed to ake place between November 19th 2025 and December 23 2025 while Svetlana and Michael were in Costa Rica. The hit was called off shortly after and Martinz is heard complaining about having to pay a bunch of money to pay the hitman to call it off.
What is also heard on the audio recordings — recordings which, according to my understanding, were ultimately provided by the private investigator to the RCMP and helped trigger the criminal investigation into the alleged murder plot — is deeply disturbing.
As I understand it, this PI had originally been retained by Michael Martinz. During that period, Martinz was allegedly discussing details surrounding the murder plot with her, including after he and Svetlana Dalla Lana had left for Costa Rica.
On one of the recorded calls, which I personally heard myself, the PI can allegedly be heard expressing concern to Martinz, effectively asking him:
something like What if this comes back to me? while Martinz and Dalla Lana were in Costa Rica furing the time I was supposed to me murder at my gym by a hitman!!
Martinz then allegedly responds very clearly:
“Just deny, deny, deny. There are a lot of people who want to kill Drover.” but continues with the people who he believes want to murder me, “like James McFaddin and Dr Makis and shareholders of EmerEx”
Like I said and I know it sounds unbeleivable but this is on a recording which I have heard Martinz then begins naming individuals and groups whom he claimed supposedly had motives against me, including references to James McFaddin — an RCMP member with the Castlegar RCMP actually and husband of Castlegar Mayor Maria McFaddin (who were our families Pastors at New Life Church years ago when my wife and I were heavily involved in the Church with kids out reach Sunday School and feeding the homeless (which ironically is what I am now) .. and my wife was a Director of New Life Church which is how we met Svetlana as she is the former brother and Sister in law of Maria and James— as well as Dr. Viliam Makis and even shareholders connected to EmerEx, including members of my own former extended family circle.
The overall context of the conversation, as I recall it from memory, was essentially Martinz attempting to distance himself from responsibility by suggesting there were many others who supposedly had reasons to want me harmed or dead.
To tighten this up and ensure the substance of the recording is not lost, the exchange — to the best of my recollection — was approximately as follows:
“Just deny, deny, deny. There are lots of people who want to kill Drover (thats me)… James McFaddin… Dr. Makis… the EmerEx shareholders… .” date of recording was approx November 19 2025
I want to be clear that I am reconstructing this from memory and may not have every word perfectly exact.
But when you hear people discussing an alleged murder plot against you on an audio recording, it tends to leave a lasting impression.
According to what was relayed to me, those recordings allegedly captured conversations discussing the murder plot and concerns about connections back to individuals associated with the RCMP and people politically connected within Castlegar.
One name that repeatedly surfaced was James McFaddin, an RCMP member and husband of then-Castlegar Mayor Maria McFaddin.
I also possess recordings which I intend to release publicly at the appropriate time that, in my view, raise deeply troubling questions regarding information allegedly being shared back and forth between James McFaddin and Svetlana Dalla Lana concerning the alleged murder plot against me.
This is particularly alarming given that James McFaddin was, at all material times, a member of the Castlegar RCMP, while Michael Martinz is allegedly heard on recordings claiming that McFaddin himself supposedly wanted me dead.
To be absolutely clear, these are serious allegations and I am reporting them as matters I personally heard discussed on recordings and as information that I understand was ultimately provided to law enforcement as part of the broader criminal investigation.
People can decide for themselves what to make of it.
But from my perspective, the overlap between individuals allegedly connected to the harassment campaign, the alleged murder plot, local political relationships, and RCMP affiliations raises profoundly disturbing questions that still remain unanswered.
Maria McFaddin is also the former sister-in-law of Svetlana Dalla Lana, as Svetlana was previously married to Dr. Nathan Dalla Lana, Maria McFaddin’s brother, who is a physician in the region and, from what I was told, was heavily involved with and financially supportive of New Life Church through significant tithing and support of its operations.
Nathan and Svetlana ultimately divorced in or around 2021. According to what was relayed to me at the time, Nathan also terminated Svetlana’s employment as a nurse at their Christina Lake clinic amid disputes surrounding COVID-era vaccination policies and her public stance against the COVID injections.
Ironically, it was shortly after all of that — in approximately April 2021 — that Svetlana first reached out to me personally in what I perceived at the time to be an extremely distressed and emotionally fragile state. During one phone conversation, she expressed that she felt like she had lost everything.
I distinctly remember telling her something along the lines of but this is not exact:
“Svetlana, you need to pull your own pants up and rebuild your life. Maybe you should start your own alternative health or wellness company built around a new health paradigm.”… thats is not an exact quote but it was something like that … Sveltana would confirm and she would also confirm that she was the one who convinced me not to get the jabs soooo…
From my perspective, that conversation was effectively part of the origin story behind what later became Ezra Healing.
I have never once received any acknowledgment or credit for that support or encouragement.
Instead, from my perspective, the situation evolved into something far darker and more disturbing, culminating in allegations surrounding the later harassment campaigns, the alleged murder plot involving her then-fiancé Michael Martinz, and ultimately the firebombing of our family home after that alleged plot was, in my understanding, disrupted by law enforcement.
And yet despite all of this, the RCMP now appear to publicly minimize or outright deny that key portions of these events ever occurred.
People can draw their own conclusions from that.
But from my perspective, the overlap between the individuals allegedly involved, the online harassment campaign, the local political connections, and the RCMP relationships raised enormous concerns about conflicts, interference, and why this entire situation was never treated with the seriousness it deserved.
🔥 THEN CAME THE FIREBOMBING
Roughly two months after the Duty to Warn was issued, our home was attacked.
On January 22, 2026, multiple Molotov cocktails were thrown at our residence on First Street in Castlegar.
The attack occurred during the middle of the day.
My daughter and I were inside.
One of the primary areas targeted was my son’s bedroom.
Another incendiary device targeted the front entrance of the home.
Had the fire spread differently, this could easily have become a mass casualty event.
I personally fought the fires myself.
And despite the seriousness of the attack, despite the prior Duty to Warn, despite the allegations surrounding a murder plot, despite months of documented online harassment and intimidation campaigns directed at my family…
No arrests have been made.
No suspects publicly identified.
No meaningful public explanation ever provided.
I took this photograph below myself immediately after the firebombing, before the RCMP or fire department had arrived on scene.
The image was captured only minutes after I had personally extinguished the fires caused by the Molotov cocktails that had been thrown at both our front entrance and directly through my son’s bedroom window while my daughter and I were inside the home. Had my son been home he would have been burned alive or badly burned as he spends all of his time when he is at home on his bed which is what cwas on fire as well as the curtains… you can see the broken glass the molotov cocktail went through.
At that point in time, in my opinion, the actual fire-related damage itself was relatively limited — likely somewhere in the range of only a few thousand dollars. The fire had largely been contained to my son’s bedroom after I managed to put it out using extinguishers and whatever else I could find.
However, by the time emergency services arrived — what felt to me like 15 to 20 minutes late actually — smoke could still be seen smouldering from my son’s room. I had already begun yelling and pleading with the RCMP for the fire department to arrive faster because I could see smoke continuing to build after I ran out of two fire extinguishers.
Shortly afterward, I was taken from the scene by ambulance and admitted overnight to hospital due to smoke inhalation sustained while putting out the fire in my son’s bedroom.
What is important for people to understand is this:
The nearly half-million dollars in damage now being covered through insurance was not caused by the original flames themselves.
The overwhelming majority of the destruction to our home was caused afterward by smoke contamination, extensive water damage, and eventually black mold.
In particular, large amounts of water from the firefighting efforts remained sitting in portions of the home — especially the basement — while the property then sat vacant and largely untouched for an extended period of time. From my recollection, it may have been close to a month before meaningful remediation fully began.
The result was catastrophic.
Virtually nothing inside the house was salvageable.
Not the drywall.
Not the flooring.
Not the electrical wiring.
Not the insulation.
Not the windows.
Not the appliances.
Not the furniture, couches, or chairs.
Almost everything was destroyed by smoke contamination, water saturation, or mold growth.
To put it bluntly, other than some clothing items, a washer and dryer in the basement, and a single desk, essentially nothing meaningful from our family home survived.
Today, the house has effectively been stripped back to the studs on both the upper floor and basement and is being rebuilt almost like an entirely new home internally.
And yet despite all of this, much of the initial media reporting failed to accurately convey the reality of what occurred that day.
Early reports did not initially describe the attack as targeted, despite the fact my daughter and I were both inside the residence and witnessed the assailants.
The reports also failed to mention that I personally extinguished the initial fire before emergency crews arrived.
Nor did they mention that there was at least one additional witness who observed me putting out the fires myself.
Those details matter.
And they are details we are preserving for the appropriate time and place, including future court proceedings if necessary.
🧩 CONNECTING THE DOTS
People can believe whatever they want.
But from my perspective, the timeline speaks for itself:
- Months of coordinated harassment campaigns
- Threats and intimidation
- Allegations of a murder conspiracy
- An RCMP-issued Duty to Warn
- Political and RCMP-connected names repeatedly surfacing
- Escalating attacks both online and in real life
- And then ultimately the firebombing of our family home
And through all of this, I was repeatedly portrayed as the problem.
I was labeled:
- “mentally ill”
- a “sextortionist”
- a “criminal”
- a “fraudster”
- a “conman”
- a “harasser”
The list goes on and on.
But I am none of those things.
What I am — and what I have been since 2014 — is a whistleblower.
That is precisely why this blog is called Black Sheep Whistleblower.
That label did not emerge out of nowhere. It traces back over a decade to a serious RCMP and Alberta Securities Commission investigation into what I understood to be a major mining fraud operation with alleged links to international drug trafficking and money laundering activities.
On October 8, 2014, I was subpoenaed as a witness in connection with that matter.
At the time, I was not some anonymous internet personality.
I was a Professional Geologist.
I was also a Director and co-founder of Aston Bay Holdings, a TSX-listed mining company that I helped establish in 2013.
The individuals connected to that broader network included powerful business and political figures, including people I believed had links extending into federal political circles connected to Justin Trudeau and individuals who have since died under troubling circumstances.
From my perspective, the RCMP and Alberta Securities Commission were either unwilling or unable to adequately protect my identity as a whistleblower and cooperating witness.
There were effectively no meaningful whistleblower protections.
And what followed, in my view, has been over a decade of retaliation.
That retaliation included:
- the destruction and loss of my family’s company, EmerEx,
- allegations being turned back onto me,
- professional complaints filed against me with regulatory bodies,
- civil lawsuits including EmerEx v. Drover,
- criminal complaints to both Calgary Police and the Calgary RCMP,
- and years of reputational attacks attempting to portray me as unstable, dishonest, or dangerous.
In my opinion, the fraud was effectively pinned on the very person who tried to expose it.
And now, more than a decade later, after years of escalating harassment, threats, online campaigns, professional destruction, and isolation, our family home was firebombed while my daughter and I were inside.
To me, the progression is not complicated and I was in it and I cant imagine what it must be like to be the reader of this blog post now that I have gone public with my families story thats been allowed to go on by the RCMP since 2014 in Castlegar whom have known all about this story since that time.
It is the culmination of 12 years of retaliation against a whistleblower was for a long time stopped speaking until they went after my wife in September 2025 which started this whole new round of trying to see me unalived and my marriage destroyed which it what they wanted all along so I would be silenced for good.
Read this blog post that was an email that I received from one of the white collar criminals behind the mining fraud and the EmerEx fraud who was the former President of EmerEx after they stole it from me and defrauded EmerEx and pinned the fraud on me and me alone in like I said Professional Complaints Lawsuits and Criminal complaints:
Not the people allegedly conspiring against me.
Not the people spreading defamatory attacks.
Not the people allegedly discussing murder.
Me.

I have spoken publicly about corruption, organized misconduct, abuse of power, intimidation tactics, and institutional protection networks involving powerful individuals.
I understand many people find my story difficult to believe.
That’s fine.
But what happened to my family happened.
The Duty to Warn happened.
The firebombing happened.
The RCMP records exist.
The emails exist.
The witnesses exist.
And sooner or later, the full truth about what happened in Castlegar is going to come out.
No matter how uncomfortable that truth may be for some people.
