This email chain is one example of dozens of emails (10 a day in some cases) sent beginning in September 2025 to my wife’s place of employment, a College in the West Kootenays, where she serves as Director of Facilities, overseeing capital projects and operating budgets in the tens of millions of dollars.
These emails were not incidental. They were deliberately copied to senior College executives, including the President’s Office, as part of a sustained and targeted campaign.
The apparent objectives were to:
- Interfere with my wife’s employment
- Apply institutional pressure through reputational harm
- Escalate personal harassment into a professional workplace
- Undermine our marriage and family stability
What follows is the verbatim email content, reformatted for clarity, with email addresses truncated for privacy.
In plain terms, this appears to be part of an ongoing pattern of harassment by Danny Keith Martin, dating back to at least May 2025, directed at my wife in order to harm me indirectly.
THIS WAS A SINGLE EMAIL THREAD OCCURRING ON ONE DAY — OCTOBER 2, 2025 — WHICH I HAVE BROKEN OUT INTO SEVEN SEPARATE EMAILS FOR CLARITY AND EASE OF REVIEW.
🔹 Email #1 — Beginning of the Threat Sequence

“Thanks to Danny Keith Martin the RCMP have been watching you like a hawk since August.
Good advice is NOT to be holding any steroids right now, and that goes double for fentanyl.
Doing more on you shortly dude. You are so busted.”

🚨 A REVIEW of the Egregious & Defamatory Statements Sent to a College Workplace caused by DANNY KEITH MARTIN
These emails were not sent to a private inbox.
They were deliberately copied to the College, including senior executives, where my wife is a Director.
That fact alone makes the following statements egregious, defamatory, and institutionally shocking.
🔴 Example 1 — Criminal Allegations & Sexual Smears

LIKE WITAF who the f-ck sends this to my wife’s work with those fabrications and untrutsh aginst me!?!? truly who the fuck does does this and thinks this is OK? This is a false criminal allegation sent into a workplace.
There is no sextortion, no harassment, no police charge, no complaint, no finding — nothing.
Sending this to a college is not commentary.
It is defamation by publication.
🔴 Example 2 — Threats of Legal Action Used as Intimidation

This threat was not sent to legal counsel. It was sent directly to my wife’s employer.
At the same time, Danny Keith Martin was not only threatening to sue me, but also Daryl Grant MacAskill, whom he repeatedly conflates with “Ace Ventura.” As the record now clearly shows, Daryl MacAskill is not the author of the GangsterismOut blog. Evidence increasingly suggests that “Ace Ventura” is an imposter persona, potentially operated by Danny Keith Martin himself and/or Ryan Elson, both of whom are believed to be connected to the GangsterismOut catfishing operation and, allegedly, to law-enforcement activities (ie the RCMP).
Danny’s conduct did not stop there.
He has also threatened legal action against my adult daughter, who is in her 20s, severely disabled, and dependent on provincial disability benefits (PWD). She is largely confined to bed and requires a monthly medical injection costing approximately $5,000 to manage her physical disability.
Danny has explicitly threatened to sue our family into homelessness, despite knowing these facts and despite the foreseeable consequence that such actions could deprive our daughter of essential, life-sustaining medical care.
This conduct goes far beyond online argument or legitimate legal dispute. It demonstrates reckless disregard for vulnerable individuals, an abuse of legal threats as a weapon, and a pattern of malicious intimidation designed to cause maximum personal and financial harm.
That is not how legitimate legal disputes are handled.
That is coercive pressure intended to cause professional harm.
🚨 RCMP Complaint File — Criminal Harassment

The material documented here forms part of a broader pattern of threats and harassment by Danny Keith Martin since May 2025 against my wife and I and out family, which has been detailed in a separate but related series of blog posts on Black Sheep Whistleblower.
This conduct is directly connected to a criminal harassment complaint filed by my wife with the RCMP in May 2025, specifically to prevent the type of escalation that occurred six months later.

Despite this complaint being on record, the harassment continued and escalated, culminating in the coordinated email campaign directed at my wife’s workplace, a College…. the RCMP basically condoning Danny Keith Martin saying that Danny has “freedom of speech” and that its difficult to identify who Hungrytrucker is on X which everyone knows is Danny Keith Martin execpt the RCMP!! GO FIGURE!!

This is a just fucked up nuff said — again, copied to a college workplace my wife workplace!!! Like WITAF!!!! and btw the RCMP were involved in this and basically again let Danny harassment go unanswered and its just got worse and worse!! And all it would have taken would have been the RCMP giving Danny a phone calls saying STOP!!
No reasonable institution should ever be forced to receive material like this about an employee’s spouse.
❌ The Core Lie:
“Dave = Ace Ventura”
Now to the central falsehood driving this entire mess.
Danny Keith Martin has repeatedly insinuated and, at times, explicitly asserted that I am “Ace Ventura” and the author of the GangsterismOut blog.
One clear example occurred on October 22, 2025, when Danny Keith Martin publicly posted statements alleging that I am “Ace Ventura,” that I am Daryl Grant MacAskill, and that I am the author of GangsterismOut.
These assertions are false. I am not Ace Ventura, I am not Daryl Grant MacAskill, and I do not author or operate the GangsterismOut blog.
This is the other example which is worse as Danny seems to think I am the Admin and getting donations from Gangsterism Out blog:
Let’s be crystal clear:
👉 I am NOT Ace Ventura
👉 I do NOT author GangsterismOut
👉 I would never email Danny Martin
👉 I would never forward emails to my wife’s college
👉 I would never copy a college President or executives on personal abuse
Ask yourself the obvious question:
Who in their right mind would believe that I am secretly sending deranged emails to Danny Martin — and then Danny forwards them to my wife’s employer — and that this is somehow me criminally harassing him?
That narrative collapses under even minimal scrutiny.
If I were “Ace Ventura”:
- Why would I route emails through Danny to my wife’s workplace?
- Why would I sabotage my own wife’s career?
- Why would I cc her President and executive team?
- Why would I expose myself to institutional, legal, and reputational harm?
The answer is simple:
I wouldn’t. No one would. Because it’s nonsense.
🎯 What This Actually Is
This is not about sextortion.
This is not about harassment.
This is not about lawsuits.
This is about weaponizing a public institution.
- Emails were routed into a College
- Executives were copied deliberately
- False criminal narratives were injected into a workplace
- The goal was pressure, fear, and reputational damage
- My wife’s position, marriage, and professional standing were the leverage
That is workplace interference by proxy.
🧭 The Convoluted Local Conflict (Why This Is So Serious)
To make matters worse, the context is deeply entangled:
- The College operates in Castlegar
- Svetlana Dalla Lana’s former sister-in-law is the Mayor of Castlegar
- The former Mayor was also a pastor at New Life Church
- My wife was a Director of that church
- We all met through that church community
- The Mayor’s husband now works with the RCMP
- My wife and I have interacted on multi-million-dollar city projects in her position at her work.
This is not a random internet spat. This is a small-town institutional ecosystem, and these emails detonated inside it. Danny Martin clearly did NOT understand that we know a lot of people in this town noting that we live 2 minutes walk from City Hall and the RCMP detachment which is side by each!!
That is exactly why sending this material to a college is so serious and completely fucked up.

- I did not send these emails
- I am not Ace Ventura
- I did not harass Danny Martin
- I did not sextort anyone
- These emails were maliciously routed into my wife’s workplace
- The conduct is defamatory, reckless, and abusive
