Despite Danny Keith Martin threatening to sue me more times than I can count, I never intended to chase him through court—especially not for money. LOL. That was never the point.
Instead, I have now placed X Corp. and Meta Platforms, Inc. on formal notice concerning the repeated complaints they allegedly received about Martin’s online conduct toward me, my wife and my children—and their alleged failure to take effective action.
The letters are published below in full (Note that they are NOT the ORIGINALS). They give both platforms an opportunity to investigate, preserve the evidence and finally address the problem before litigation becomes necessary.
Whoopsie. This just got considerably more serious.
