💼 Former partner at Fasken Martineau, specializing in class actions.
📚 Author of a textbook on class action law, held up as an “expert.”
👉 Behind the polished reputation lies a judge who has protected organized crime, silenced whistleblowers, and blocked justice.
🕴️ Court Clerk William Gallagher – His Right Hand
Branch hasn’t acted alone. Court clerk William Gallagher (📧 William.Gallagher@courts.gov.bc.ca) has played a direct role in placing cases in front of Branch and shielding him from accountability.
Gallagher is the one who ensured matters tied to the Sandher Crime Family landed on Branch’s desk — not by chance, but by design.
Let’s be crystal clear: it was not coincidence that cases tied to the Sandher Crime Family ended up in front of Justice Ward Branch. That placement was engineered. And the man who engineered it was none other than William Gallagher, the long-time Manager of Supreme Court Scheduling in Vancouver Civil.
Gallagher is the one who pulled the strings, making sure sensitive matters didn’t fall to a random rotation of judges, but instead landed squarely on Branch’s desk — where they could be “managed” in the Sandhers’ favour. He was in charge of filing the lawsuits and applications from the opposing parties and also making files dissappear and he was a gaterkeeper fro Branch which was writtne into orders by Branch taht everything that went to Branch had to go through William Gallagher a pee on nobody Court clerk in the BC Suprem Court in downtown Vancouver what does that tell you its tells me Gallagher is bought a paid for by organzied crime the same orgaized crime that owns Branch its elelmentray my dear …
There’s even a photograph (not taken by this blogger) of Gallagher sitting smugly behind his desk inside the BC Supreme Court — a perfect snapshot of a man who has spent years quietly greasing the system from the inside.
💡 My own dealings with Gallagher stretch back nearly a decade. I’ve seen first-hand how this smarmy, slimy, greasy operator runs interference for corrupt judges like Branch. The level of arrogance and corruption I’ve witnessed from him is sickening.
This post is only scratching the surface. I will be dedicating an entire future blog to Gallagher alone — because believe me, there’s a lot more to expose.
He should be eating prison food through a straw imo!! He’s dirty AF!! They both are!!
👮♂️ RCMP & CFSEU-BC
⚡ Word is spreading that Branch is under investigation by the Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit – British Columbia (CFSEU-BC), a specialized RCMP “E” Division unit.
CFSEU-BC Quick Facts:

- 👮 400+ officers seconded from all 12 BC police forces
- 🎯 Mission: Investigate, dismantle, and disrupt organized criminal enterprises
- 🌐 International partnerships in gang and cartel cases

If Branch is on their radar, it’s because his actions cross the line from judicial misconduct into organized crime cover-up. I cant substantiate that at all but believe me when I say my sources are the best sources one can possibly have on this matter!!!

👉 And who was protecting them from the bench during this time? Justice Ward Branch.

Justice Branch isn’t just another bad judge. He’s a linchpin in protecting organized crime in BC. His rulings don’t just silence whistleblowers — they shield fentanyl superlabs linked to the Sinaloa Cartel, responsible for untold deaths across Canada.
If a BC Supreme Court Justice is corrupt at this level, the entire judicial system is compromised.
